Bag Design | Back Health

Backpack has been one of the least popular choices for daily uses, and yet it is one of the most healthiest choices.
Lumba’s design considers ergonomics and aesthetics in accordance to back health. It transfers the weight from the bag to the lumbar area in order to reduce the pressure on the shoulders.

Hip Support

In ordinary bag pack, the weight of the bag goes vertically downwards and makes the items falling away from user’s back. With the use of lumbar support unit, the weight is transferred to the hip area (from vertical force to horizontal force). And an angled bottom surface allows items sliding closer to user’s back, which helps distributing the weight.

Waistband

The waistband component keeps the bag close to the user’s body for lumbar support. The range of choices for the waistband component caters for the user’s style and daily usage needs while providing extra pockets for essentials. It can be used underneath clothings as a hidden garment or outside clothings as an accessory.
